I use a lot of creative strategies get judgments satisfied. Here are some of the more common ones:
* Bank account location and levy
* Employment verification and wage garnishments
* Real property liens and sheriff's sales
* Personal property seizure and sale
* Business till taps and keepers
* Spouse's bank or wage levies
* Debtor exams, subpoenas
and several others, while legal, would give away my trade secrets!
If your judgment debtor is currently unable to pay, I will delay collection efforts until cashflow begins or assets accumulate.
I work primarily in California. If you have an out-of-state debtor, contact me and I will most likely be able to find a professional in the area your debtor is located.
In California, money judgments generally expire after 10 years. I renew collectible judgments before they expire.
A JUDGMENT IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER ,
AND
IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL GET PAID.
